Problem with Panasonic RS-DC10

Hello! I bought a Panasonic RS-DC10. The sound was very quiet. I replaced the capacitors on two boards, but now the sound is completely gone. However, when recording, there is sound at both the input and output, both digital and analog. When I turn off recording and start playback, there is no sound. There is also no sound when playing regular cassette tapes. Can anyone suggest what else could be the problem? Thank you!

Hi and welcome,

Most likely, the read write board has not survived the restoration. This happens a lot.

We have a new Read Write board available. More info at dccmuseum.com
