First Generation Portable DCC players and leaking capacitors

During 2019 we noticed a higher failure rate in audio output on the first generation DCC Players:

Philips DCC130
Panasonic RQ-DP7
Victor ZD-1

If your audio output using a headset is weak(er) it usually means that the SMD capacitors need replacing. Line output is still ok. Standard we will make this part of any restoration.

Other portables of a later generation do not seem to suffer as of yet.
