Error opening tray DCC 900 - Cass Blocked

Hello, I have a Philips DCC 900 with Tray opening error, warns Cass Blocked, and it is blocked, Ralf gave a precious help, the metal front bar is bent, I will check and then tell the result, if someone also had this problem and want to help, I appreciate it,

Try and manually rotate the wheel with belt on the right so the tray will open slowly.
You will be be able to see how and were it is potentially blocking.

Thanks, I tried to turn the big wheel, but it is really stuck, the right side, who looks in front of the reader, is more stuck, and the left side is looser, I think it must have been hit, but I don’t notice anything broken or dented in the reader, I will try to disassemble it carefully and with the help of the video that Ralf ten on Youtube, which is very good, when I do it I give the feed back, I appreciate the help,

Hi Ralf, I already managed to repair the cassette loading unit, I was really stuck, I disassembled the cassette unit and I was able to put it back in the rail, can I send photos?

Ok, thanks, I send the video link, already fixed, and in the comments what was done, it was nothing complicated, just dirt on the bottom rail of the tray, which also helped in blocking, the top plate of the bent cassette and the drawer assembly disengaged, I carefully disassembled, based on your video, I took the opportunity to clean and lubricate the mechanical movement system,
