I may have a pinch roller problem. It only seems to affect playback when playing the B side of many dcc tapes resulting in drop outs. The drop outs becoming more frequent as playback continues. I will attempt to swap the rollers around to see if the problem then affects the A side playback.
Can new pinch rollers be purchased?

I have replaced the pinch rollers, and it seems to have worked. Tapes that caused issues previously are now playing without any trouble.
