DCC600 tape problem

Hi, bought a Philips DCC600, for few days worked OK, the started having problems

when insert the tape and press play it stops after a second, on the display it says stop

when put out the cassette noticed this

tried with standard transparent casette ant this happens (see the tape inside the casette)

it seems that the front reel doesn’t turn at all, or much slower than the back reel

any suggestion what can this be? belt, the gear, maybe pinch rollers,..?

It is caused by a defective gear.

Hi, just replaced the gear and everything OK now

purchased the single piece from Czech republic and it fits as it should
