I have refurbished a DCC130 which runs perfectly fine. However, I noticed that the LCD backlight is always turned on (it should only be on while the device is plugged into mains, I believe).
Before I start hunting for corroded vias, I was wondering if someone else might have already seen this behaviour before or could pinpoint me to a likely place on the PCB that is worth checking or might have corroded? (I am an experienced tinkerer, but no electrical technician.)
