After just replacing the drive belt and getting everything working I now have a no sound problem.
When playing you get a noise from the speakers but no sound from the tape im I doing something wrong.
The player is running fine but no audio help
That could be multiple things.
- Belt is not correct. If the player is too slow/fast it will not produce sound. You can test with a analog tape you can trust to do a speed check. At least I assume that a analog tape will produce sound?
- If a analog tape does not produces sound it could be either the head or electronic problem at one of the boards. It would require further investigation.
It doesn’t play analogue tapes with sound just a hiss and very fant music in the background if I can’t sort it I’ll have to send it to yourself for service/ repair.
