DCC-170 motor not spinning

Hello,

I have a dcc-170 with a problem in the mechanism PCB board (P103). I know its in the board because i switched the with another one and the motor spins. The board that does work does not work with the main board because its a different generation (DCC170/03).

Does anybody know what the issue could be with the mechanism board?

I have at least two boards with the same problem. So far I have not been able to find the solution.
