DCC 951 load again message

Hello,

I have a DCC951 that gives the messages load again after insert the cassette. After serval attempts the message does not appear and the player works as it should be. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

I have seen this once before. Putting some grease on the metal parts of the mechanism and a tighter tray belt solved the problem.
