I opened a [thread on the EEVBlog forum](https://www.eevblog.com/forum/projects/what-hardware-and-software-platform-should-i-use-for-capturing-certain-signals/) for it to find the most suitable hardware and software-platform as I did neither find enough info by myself nor found a person with the right knowledge to help (contrary to [my ITTS project](https://forum.dccmuseum.com/t/itts-dcc-text-reimplementation/491/66)).
